CCUI has become a member of Shanghai Construction Association since June 2017, especially during the 8th of June, CCUI participated their seminar on ‘Application of Intelligent Technology in Existing Building Reconstruction Project’.
Shanghai Construction Association was founded in September 1993, is a non-profit social entity organisation, its main task is to explore self-regulation rule and development mechanism of development organisations, it also actively participates in the field of city construction in the government procurement of public services of social organisation projects, and also undertake government and public related topics as research tasks.
With the aid of Shanghai Construction Association, CCUI wishes to take actions on building fundamentals for China East Logistics Industry and the Georgian Common Market Zone, as well as other construction projects that are supported and recommended by experts.
CCUI’s chief engineer, Qiuhong Lu, took part in the seminar which occurred on the 8th of June 2017, and his topic of the speech was ‘The Urbanisation of East China Silk Road—An Intelligent Platform of a City’. His speech did not only involve architecture-related philosophy, it involved more about how architecture should tie with Chinese culture, industries, and its functions. Lu has also mentioned the importance of how national’s strategy ‘The Belt and Road’ amalgamates with the business that CCUI has been interfered, and how this strategy could bring more advanced technologies and techniques to China.
