On the afternoon of November 14, 2017, CCUI's chairman, Jianhua Wei, President of CCUI Europe S.r.l., Riccardo Monti, along with the Vice president, Xia Li paid a visit to Giandomenico Magliano, who hold a post as the Italian ambassador in France. The two parties conducted cordial and friendly exchanges and carried out in-depth discussions on cooperation in environmental protection and cultural industries in Italy.
Chairman Wei has strongly expressed that, CCUI, is a mixed-ownership enterprise based on the combination of industry and finance co-sponsored by large state-owned enterprises, local state-owned enterprises and well-known private enterprises. One of our eminent purposes is to assist our shareholders to set foot on a global scale. CCUI Europe S.r.l. has been established as a subsidiary company of CCUI and located in Rome.
After much deliberation, CCUI Europe S.r.l. is relying on the brands and resources that has been offered from Sino-Italy Foundation, working together to achieve the same goal will not only bring success, Wei has reckoned this opportunity as a chance to elevate to a national level, the relationship between two countries will be bonded with mutual respect. Furthermore, Wei also mentioned that the company is in a process of acquiring a well-known Italian environmental protection company that specialises in soil-remediation and waste treatment, and also rank among the best in Italy.
Ambassador Magliano said since the establishment of diplomatic ties, the two countries have enjoyed sound cooperation in political, economic and trade cooperation, especially in the area of technological trade cooperation. China has a huge market and sufficient capital, while Italy has the leading technology, superb technology and mature management experience. Such complementarity will provide an important prerequisite for the cooperation between the two countries' enterprises. My heartfelt wish is that CCUI and CCUI Europe S.r.l. will continue to deepen their pragmatic cooperation in such fields as economy and trade, culture and other fields in Italy, France or other European countries.
