The first meeting of fourth session member and the first meeting of the council of Shanghai Construction Association was held successfully in Shanghai on 30th May, 2019. The meeting was held by Huang Jianzhi, president of the third session of the association. Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Management Committee, Shanghai Social Work Party Committee, representatives of members of Shanghai Construction Association and other relevant leaders of Shanghai social association attended the meeting.
Shanghai Construction Association was founded in September, 1993. It is a non-profitable social group. In the leadership of president Huang Jianzhi, and with the support of association members, this organization now has 13 special committees and 429 membership corporations. The association studies series of major subjects of construction.
The meeting reported on the re-election of the association; carried out the report on the work of the association, financial revenue and expenditure final report; adopted the association's statute; and elected the fourth director, supervisor, president, vice-president and secretary-general of the association.
The meeting elected 101 companies as the Fourth Board of Directors of the association, which included China Corporate United Investment Holding Co., Ltd (CCUI). Ye Huacheng, vice president of Shanghai City Investment (Group) Co., Ltd, was elected to be the forth president of the association; Wei Jianhua, chairman of CCUI was elected to be executive vice president.
The association will continue to serve its members, serve the market, and serve city construction.
